Taylor Wega is a playful graphic designer and artist from the Northwest who works with organizations that empower communities with design.

Since May of 2017, Taylor has been interning at the San Francisco Center for the Book where she creates collateral for their events and classes. She also designs exhibition signage, sets metal type, and helps wherever she is needed.

Taylor was happy to be a part of the first class of TBD*, a student-run studio using design to empower bay area non-profits. Read about our experience designing posters for BART.

Taylor was co-president alongside Emily Waite in CCA’s AIGA Student Group, September 2016 to December 2017. She has lead impactful projects like Postcards to the President as well as organizing student events such as movie nights, workshops and studio tours.

Taylor will be graduating in May 2018 from California College of the Arts with a BFA in Graphic Design. She is looking to work with companies with a diverse in-house design studio that will put her vast skill-set to good use.
